- Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
- This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.
- All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.
- Users will need to manually enter “SAKURA2026” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.
- The promotion includes 20% off four (4) trips in Kaohsiung, for a maximum of NT$30 off per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.
- The promotion is valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period (valid through 2026/03/15 11:59 PM)
- To be eligible for the discount, either the pickup or drop-off location must be within Uber system’s operating areas and either the pickup or drop-off location must be within Uber system’s operating area in Kaohsiung.
- This promotion is applicable to UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Comfort Electric, and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.

- During the promotion period (from now through February 26, 2026), Uber One members who enter the promo code【SAKURAFEST】in the Uber App will be eligible to participate in the prize draw.
- Uber App users must, between now and 2025/02/26, enter the above promo code in the Uber App to enter the prize draw.
- Winners will be notified on 2026/03/02 via an official Uber email sent to the email address registered with their Uber app account.Non-winners will not be notified.
- Prizes are available in limited quantities. A total of 50 eligible users will be selected to receive ticket sets for the “2026 7-ELEVEN Kaohsiung Sakura Festival.” Redemption details are as follows:
- Winners must complete the form included in the winner notification email and provide their delivery information by 11:59 PM on March 5, 2026, in order to receive the prize tickets.
- Prize tickets will be shipped on a rolling basis after the winners’ delivery information has been received.
- In the event of any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the event and its related rules at any time. Any conduct that disrupts the event, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, or other dishonest participation, may result in disqualification at the discretion of the organizer.
- The tickets for this promotion are provided by SyCreation Ltd. and have been confirmed with the event organizer regarding the applicable event dates and seating areas. Any questions or issues arising from the use of the promotional tickets shall be handled directly by the winner with the event organizer listed on the tickets and are not the responsibility of Uber Formosa Co., Ltd. or its partner fleets.

- According to laws and regulations, if the winner is an individual residing in the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the prize value exceeds NT$1,000, the winner must provide a copy of the front and back of their National ID card for tax reporting purposes. The prize value will be included in the individual’s annual taxable income, and the organizer will issue the relevant withholding tax statement in accordance with applicable tax laws in the following year. Winners are required to submit a copy of their National ID card and complete all required forms as stipulated. The prize amount will be included in the winner’s annual income for tax purposes. For individuals who are not residents of the Republic of China (Taiwan), a 20% withholding tax will be deducted from the prize value at the time of award, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- By providing the personal information required for participation in this event, winners are deemed to have agreed to allow Uber Formosa Co., Ltd. and its partner fleets to collect, process, and use such information within the scope necessary for the specific purposes of this event. Winners may choose whether or not to provide the requested personal information. However, failure to provide the required information may be deemed as forfeiting the prize.
- This promotion will be fulfilled based on the delivery information provided by the winner. If the delivery information is incorrect or if the prize cannot be claimed in a timely manner for any reason, resulting in the inability to receive the winning tickets before the event begins, we will be unable to provide further assistance or any form of compensation.
