NT$60 off Uber Reserve offer (“Offer”):

• The promo code will be valid for 90 days counting from the date on which the users have received this email from Uber (both dates inclusive, the “Promotion Period”).
• During the Promotion Period, each eligible rider will be able to enjoy NT$60 off on one (1) Uber Reserve trip.
• All trips could only be reserved through the Uber App and will be dispatched by a partner fleet using the Uber system.
• The Promotion and related information is provided in collaboration with the partner fleets that utilize the Uber system.
• This Offer is valid for Uber Reserve trip only. Each eligible rider may enjoy the Offer once, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This Offer shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period, valid for trip that start from cities with current operation of the Uber system and its fleet partners. This offer is not applicable for Airport pickup trips.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• The estimated trip fare is for reference only. After your ride has started and subsequently you request to change the destination which significantly affects the travel distance or if there is heavy traffic jam which has substantially delayed the travel time, the trip fare may be updated according to the actual situation.
• Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem any promo code.
• Other relevant terms and conditions may also apply.
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
• Uber has the sole right to modify these T&C and vary or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding this promotion, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
• Any discrepancy of the Chinese and English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
• You can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
