【Promo Terms and Conditions】
Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.

This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.

All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.

This promotion is only valid for Uber App users who receive this email. Each user is limited to one redemption. Forwarded emails will not be valid. If the promotion is not automatically applied, users can manually enter “HSR3RD” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.

One $40 off promotion is valid for 30 days from the date on which the promotional email is sent by the Uber App. Both the trip start time and end time must fall within the validity period for the discount to apply. The discount will automatically expire after the validity period. Both the pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the Uber Taiwan service area, and the pick-up location must be at one of the designated Taiwan High-Speed Rail stations (Nangang, Taipei, Banqiao, Taoyuan, Miaoli, Hsinchu, Chiayi, Changhua, Taichung, Tainan, or Zuoying) within Uber’s Taiwan service area for the discount to apply. The ride promotion applies up to $40 off one trip only. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.

This promotion is applicable to UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Comfort Electric, UberXL, UberXXL, and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.

This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.

Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

The information is provided in collaboration with the partner fleets that utilize the Uber system.

All trips can only be reserved through the Uber App and will be dispatched by a partner fleet using the Uber system.

You can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.

The estimated trip fare is for reference only. If you request a change to the destination after your ride has started and it significantly affects the travel distance, or if there is a heavy traffic jam which substantially delays the travel time, the trip fare may be updated according to the actual situation.

Uber and the partner fleets have the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.

If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

When booking the trips via Uber Reserve, the fare displayed is an estimated fare that includes the reservation fee. The reservation fee may vary depending on the pickup location, date, and time of the trip.
