• All trips can only be reserved through the Uber App and will be dispatched by a partner fleet using the Uber system.
• When booking the trips via Uber Reserve, you can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee..
• The estimated trip fare is for reference only.  If you request a change to the destination after your ride has started and it significantly affects the travel distance, or if there is heavy traffic which substantially delays the travel time, the trip fare may be updated according to the actual situation. 
• Uber and the partner fleets have the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. 
• If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

• When booking the trips via Uber Reserve, the fare displayed is an estimated fare that includes the reservation fee. The reservation fee may vary depending on the pickup location, date, and time of the trip.
