By enabling and using Simple Mode within the Uber app, you acknowledge and agree to these Simple Mode Terms of Use (“Terms”), which supplement the General Terms of Use governing your use of the Services.

1. Definition of Simple Mode: Simple Mode is an optional user interface setting within the Uber app designed to provide a simplified and accessible experience. 6. Limitations of Liability: Uber's liability for your use of Simple Mode is subject to the limitations outlined in the General Terms of Use.
7. Changes to Terms: Uber may modify these Simple Mode Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Simple Mode after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
