Choose your delivery method
If you want to register a motorbike account:
- Choose to deliver for Uber Eats with a motorbike and continue to upload the relevant documents.
If you want to register a bike account:
- Choose to deliver for Uber Eats with a bike and continue to upload the relevant documents.
Upload documents and pass the review process
You can find the required documents as below. Please upload those documents to the App. We will need 1-2 days to review. In the meantime, you can choose to proceed to the next step.
Motorcycle Driver License
- Please make sure you are legitimate to ride a motorcycle.
Profile photo
- Please note that once you submit your profile photo it cannot be changed.
- No photos of a photo, filters, or alterations
Criminal Background Check
- You can apply online through this link.
- The application date must be within three months
National ID
- Take a picture of the front side of your national ID card (include all corners).
Motorcycle License Registration
- Please make sure that your "license plate and engine number" is consistent with "compulsory insurance"

Prepare an insulated delivery bag
Once your documents have been approved, you are free to choose between purchasing a thermal bag from the online store or using your own compliant thermal bag.
You can log in to your account at the Uber Eats Delivery Partner Store.
- When logging in, please enter the phone number or email address associated with your Uber Driver App account to ensure a smooth identity verification and login process
- To find your registered phone number or email, you can check your Driver App under Menu > Account > Manage Uber Account

- Once your Uber Driver App account is verified, the system will automatically apply any available discounts
- When placing your order, please fill in the delivery address, shipping method, payment method, and billing address (Please note: Uber Eats only provides home delivery service)
- Within 2–3 days after you receive your item, the system will sync the store information to confirm that your delivery bag is ready. If you have already made the purchase but have "not yet picked it up," please wait just a little longer! As a friendly reminder, the specific bag required for account activation is here.
If you wish to use your own thermal delivery bag, please contact customer support via the Help section of the app. In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Taipei City Self-Government Ordinance for the Management of Food Delivery Platform Operators, delivery platform operators are required to ensure that delivery partners display the operator's name on their delivery boxes while performing delivery services. Therefore, delivery partners using their own thermal bags must display the name of the delivery platform operator—specifically "Uber Eats"—on the bag while making deliveries in Taipei City. For the avoidance of doubt, this requirement is solely to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and does not alter the independent contractor nature of the delivery partnership agreement between you and the Company.

Q: What is the No criminal record document? How do I get it??
The official name of the document is "Police Criminal Record Certificate". You may pick it up at the police station after 2 working days after applying online and receiving that system notification for pick up.
Q: I've completed all of the steps and waited for more than 3 days, why isn't my account not activated yet?
- If you purchased a delivery bag from the mall, please ensure you purchased this one.
- Please ensure you use the same phone number as your delivery partner account for mall member registration.
- Please ensure you use the same phone number as you fill out 「Uber Eats 註冊手機號碼」while purchasing the bag.
- Please check if you've completed Uber Eats 4 courses and scored 90 or more for the exam.
- If any of the document does not have a "green check mark", it means your documents did not pass the review.
- Please ensure that you do not have a duplicated account.

Q: I used different phone number for mall member registration, what should I do?
If you used phone number that is different from your delivery partner account to register, please enter the mall and make the following revision:
- Log in to your mall account
- Enter the member page and select "查看個人資訊"
- Revise your phone number to the same one as your delivery partner account.
Q: I used different information to order delivery bag, what should I do?
If you used information that is different from your partner account to order the delivery bag, please make the following revision:
- Log in to your mall account
- Enter the member page and select "查看個人資訊"
- Revise your phone number to the same one as your delivery partner account.
Q: If I’m not the vehicle owner, may I join as a delivery partner?
Yes, you can. As long as you get the consent from the vehicle owner and are able to provide legitimate and correct vehicle documents, i.e. vehicle license registration and compulsory insurance document.
Q: Is it allowed to have only one Uber account for me?
Yes, if you apply for multiple accounts, your account might be locked or stuck in the activation process.
In addition, it is not recommended to use different devices to log into your account at the same time to avoid the potential occurrence of shared accounts or duplicate accounts which is against our Community Guidelines.
Q: Can I share my account or the same vehicle with my relatives and friends?
The Uber Community Guidelines strictly forbid account sharing. Each delivery partner needs to have one independent/separate account to ensure that delivery partner comply with the Community Guidelines. You can share the same vehicle with your relatives and friends, and they may register the vehicle in their respective accounts.
