In Minsk, for example, the service took several months to bring the ETA to 5 minutes with 8-9 minutes average waiting time at launch.

“We are pleased that the capital embraced the new service so quickly. The results of last weekend confirm this – we were able to meet the phenomenal demand for rides by residents and visitors of Astana. Quality is a top priority for us, and we appreciate the average ETA and partner rating that the system demonstrated under a heavy load. In order to support the growing demand and develop the service further, we will do everything possible to add more partner drivers on the platform shortly”, said Alex Stakh, Uber general manager for CIS region.
