Vehicle requirements in Poland
Which car is right for you? Make sure it meets the vehicle requirements in Poland, and remember that you’ll make more money if you keep your costs low.
Vehicle requirements:
- 4/5 doors, in good condition
- steering wheel on the left side
- a minimum of 5 spaces on the vehicle registration certificate
- 2005 model year or newer in Warsaw
- model from 2004 or later in other Polish cities
- registered in the European Union
- with valid insurance and technical inspection
Documents
- registration certificate
- liability Insurance
- vehicle taxi excerpt (An application for a vehicle excerpt is valid for 90 days while the person awaits the original excerpt. Once the person receives the original excerpt, they must upload it to the system)
- photo of the car showing the registration number, city marking, and taxi lamp

Requirements:
- the registration certificate must state "EE"

Uber XL
Seat extra passengers and charge higher fares with a higher-capacity vehicle. See the list of UberXL-eligible vehicles at the top of the page.
Requirements:
- Vehicle registration must include the information “7 seats available”
- Seats at least 7 passengers(passengers should be provided with sufficient space to sit comfortably in the car's third row)

Comfort
The 'Comfort' option offers enhanced comfort with superior vehicles and skilled drivers. See the list of eligible vehicles at the top of the page.
Requirements:
- the driver must have a minimum of 30 trips on account
- accepted taxi ID in account
- rating of 4.85
Available: Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw, Trojmiasto, Lodz, Silesia, Szczecin , Lublin, Torun, Bydgoszcz, Czestochowa, Rzeszow, Kilece,Bialystok, Radom,Olsztyn
Black
Black means premium rides with highest rated drivers. This special product is dedicated to our most demanding riders who really appreciate riding in comfort and style. See the list of eligible vehicles at the top of the page.
Requirements:
- minimum of 100 trips completed
- the driver need to visit office (in GLH experts makes photo of the car showing the registration number, city marking, and taxi lamp)
- rating of 4.8
Available: Only in Warsaw
Connect
A super way to send a package to a concrete location. (Trip without a passenger) See the list of eligible vehicles at the top of the page.
Available: Warsaw,Krakow, Trojmiasto,Wroclaw, Poznan
Uber Airport/Uber Airport VAN:
This service is available for trips to and from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Please refer to the list of eligible vehicles at the top of the page.
Requirements:
- Driving license issued by Polish city hall/Polish driving license Taxi ID
- Vehicle excerpt
- Minimum of 250 trips completed
- Vehicle model year 2014 or newer(C-segment cars)
- Willingness to wrap the vehicle with Uber Airport/Uber Airport VAN branding
- Proficient in Polish and English (communicative level)
- The partner must have an e-cash account connected (Elzab)
- Car must have 7-9 seats only for Uber Airport VAN
Available: Only in Warsaw
