How disbursements schedule work for Uber partners in Peru

When you drive with Uber, your earnings are transferred automatically, so you don't have to worry about paperwork.

Uber offers two ways to disburse your earnings into your bank account:

1. Weekly Payments (Free, automatic, and available for all partners)

How the earnings are disbursed

Your earnings amount is closed every Monday at 4 am in the local time zone your Uber account is registered to. This amount will be sent to your registered bank account on the same day. However, the exact time of this disbursement depends on your bank processing, which can take up to 1 business day*. *If there is any bank holiday on the settlement date, the disbursement only will be concluded on the next business day.

E.g.: If you drive starting on a Monday at 4 am until the next Tuesday, your earnings will be calculated and sent to the bank account you've registered in the Driver app. It might take up to one business day to receive this payment.

Important: During the holidays, payment processing by banks can suffer some delays. Because of it, your payments can be affected these days. Tip: This disbursement is automatic, so you don't need to do anything. Just keep your bank account updated on the Uber Driver app, and your earnings will be disbursed. If you want to change your bank account, you must do it before Monday 4 AM.

2. Flex Pay:

Flex Pay allows you to disburse your earnings faster. You don't need to wait for the weekly payments, and you can transfer your earnings on any business day. Your money will be in your bank account within 1 business day. Flex pay can be requested 1 per day, with a minimum of 30 PEN and the weekly maximum amount allowed to be anticipated as 800 PEN. A fee of 1 PEN is charged per flex pay request.

Eligibility

To access Flex pay, you need to have an active account 25 trips completed using Uber, and have at least 28 days active since the first trip. If you are a new partner and were warned that you are not eligible, your account is under review.

To request the flex pay:

  1. Go to "Wallet."
  2. Select the "Transfer" option (This button will be available if you have more than 30 PEN in your balance)
  3. Touch "At least 1 business day" to set your frequency
  4. Select "Instant" to have the instant disbursement
  5. Slice your finger on the confirmation button if you want to proceed
  6. Done. You will receive the success message!

Frequently asked questions

  • If you're loading earnings to your debit card, in most instances you’ll receive your cash right away. If you're transferring earnings to a bank account, processing times can vary depending on your bank. Some banks may take a few days to make your funds available.

  • All earnings are available to be cashed out, including earnings, tips, and reimbursements.

  • You may need to meet a certain trip threshold and/or be actively driving for a certain time to become eligible. If you aren't a new driver and were notified that you're not eligible for Flex Pay, your account may be under review. If none of these reasons applies to you, contact us by going to Help in the app.
