We’re excited to introduce you to Uber Eats Pro, a new rewards program built to help you reach your goals – on and off the road. You can earn points with every completed trip to unlock exciting rewards. Additional terms apply.¹
How it works
Deliver with Uber Eats to earn points. Some deliveries may earn you more points. See additional details in the Driver app.
Give great service to restaurants and customers
In addition to earning points, when you provide great service to restaurants and your customers, you can unlock additional Gold, Platinum, and Diamond rewards. Requirements vary by region. Please check the Driver app for more information.
The higher your status, the more rewards you unlock. Your points and status are measured over a fixed three-month period to determine your status and rewards for the next period.
Earn more rewards faster
1 point for every completed delivery
2 points during lunch hours from 12pm to 2pm
6 points during dinner hours from 5pm to 9pm
Great service to restaurants and customers helps you unlock more rewards
When you earn points and maintain at least a 85% rating from restaurants and your customers, you can unlock Gold, Platinum and Diamond status and continue receiving rewards.
Earn points 3 months at a time, and enjoy rewards through the following 3 months.
You earn points during fixed three-month periods. Points reset after each 3-month period.
When you earn enough points to unlock the next level of reward, you can start enjoying your new rewards right away. Keep your ratings by restaurants and customers and your points high to maintain your Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status and continue enjoying rewards until the end of the following 3-month period.

- What about my momentum tier?
This is a change from Momentum, our existing loyalty program. Your status and rewards may be different in Uber Eats Pro. The new structure is made to offer you with longer term rewards that recognize your consistent efforts.
- I drive with Uber and deliver with Uber Eats. Should I be in Uber Pro or Uber Eats Pro?
- Where can I see my points?
You can keep track of your points and rewards in the Rewards section of your Driver app.
- What happens if my satisfaction rating drops?
If your rating drops below 85%, you will automatically be placed in the Green tier. This means you’ll only have access to Green rewards. As soon as you improve your rating above 85%, you’ll gain access to whatever tier your points qualify you for.
- How did you calculate my Eats Pro tier?
You earned your Uber Eats Pro tier status based on your delivery activity from 1 March to 31 May.
