To reward our loyal and active couriers, we have launched our first-ever Autumn Kickoff Raffle. This raffle gives you the chance to submit entries based on your worked hours, and win huge prizes. The raffle runs from September 1st to November 2nd, 2025, with 2 separate drawing periods.

The Prize Lineup

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): Brand new iPhone 16 
  • Second Prize  (1 winner): iPad Air (11-inch model) 
  • Third Tier  (1 winner):  Two Ziggo Dome gift cards (€300 each)  
  • Following 200 winners: Set of high quality Winter gloves + Rain shoe covers

The same prize lineup will apply to both raffle periods.

How it Works

  • If your account is active, and you are delivering in the listed cities, you are automatically eligible to participate in collecting entries for the raffle
  • You earn 1 raffle entry for every 5 completed hours you work within a week

To increase your chances, you can earn boosts. You receive a boost by working at least 5 hours per week for 2 weeks in a row. Your boost entries will be applied to your total entries at the end.

Boosts

  • 2 weeks in a row =10 entries added to your total entries 
  • 4 weeks in a row= 25 entries added to your total entries

Entry Reset

All raffle entries reset (including boost entries) after the first raffle period. This means that the entries earned in the first raffle period count only towards the first drawing selection. The second raffle period starts with no accumulated entries, and you will need to earn new entries during this period to be eligible for the second winners drawing. 

“No show” hours will not count towards your total hours worked. You are considered as a “no show” if you have a shift planned but do not go online and do not cancel your shift on time.

The Raffle Period

The raffle runs from September 1st to November 2nd, 2025, and is divided into 2 periods, each followed by a drawing of a winner.

  • First period: September 1 – September 28, 2025
    • Last day to submit entries: September 28 23:59 CET
    • Winner selection: September 29, 2025
  • Second period: October 6 – November 2
    • Last day to submit entries: November 2 23:59 CET
    • Winner selection: November 3, 2025

You are automatically enrolled in the second period. Winners from the first raffle period are eligible to enter the second raffle period. 

Prize Notification and Delivery

Prizes will be sent directly via post to your home address.

Winners will be notified through email, in-app messages, push notifications, and a personal phone call from your respective staffing agency.

FAQs

  1. Where do I sign up for the Autumn Kickoff Raffle?

You don’t need to sign up— all active couriers in the listed cities are automatically enrolled in the raffle. Enrollment can occur at any moment during the raffle periods. The moment you have an active delivery account, you are automatically enrolled. 

  1. Is there a limit to the boosts I get?

Each raffle period lasts 4 weeks, allowing you to earn a maximum of 2 boosts per period. Boost entries are added together and applied to your total entries at the end of the respective drawing period.

  • 2 weeks in a row =10 entries added to your total entries 
  • 4 weeks in a row= 25 entries added to your total entries
  1. What if I joined in the middle of a month, am I eligible?

Yes! Couriers whose accounts become active at any time during the raffle period are automatically eligible and will earn entries based on hours successfully worked within a week. 

  1. What if my name is drawn but I have been offboarded at the time of selection?

Only active couriers are eligible to win. If a courier who has been offboarded is selected, another name will be drawn.

  1. Can I earn raffle entries during the break between the first and second raffle periods?

No, the raffle has two active periods with a short break in between. Entries can only be earned during the official raffle periods: September 1 to September 28 23:59 CET and October 6 to November 2 23:59 CET. 

  1. Do my raffle entries from the first period also count towards the second raffle period?

No, your entries from the first drawing period only count for the first prize draw. The second raffle period starts anew, so your total entry count resets to zero. If you were active in the first period, you are automatically enrolled in the second period, and you can start earning new entries again — even if you won a prize in the first draw.

  1. Do my boosts from the first period carry over to the second?

No, boost entries reset at the start of the second drawing period. 

  1. What counts as a “no-show” and how can I avoid it?

A “no-show” is considered if you book a shift and do not attend it, this will be considered as a “no-show” and it will not be paid. No-show hours will not count towards your total worked hours for the raffle.

As a reminder, you are required to:

– Show up on time for your shift in the correct zone. To know more about the delivery zones visit this Blog Post.

– Remain online until the end of your shift.

– Book only shifts you intend to attend.

– Cancel your shift in advance if you cannot make it to avoid a no-show.

 Please note: 

You can cancel your shift in the Planner up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. If you need to cancel less than 1 hour before your shift, you must:

  1. Inform the courier coordinators.
  2. Inform your staffing agency.
  3. Contact support for assistance.
