Receive 1.000 EUR for switching to an electric vehicle ⚡️

At a minimum partners must have completed, or drivers in their fleet have completed:
– Minimum 250 lifetime trips
– Driver has completed 1 trip in last three months

Once you’ve submitted a registration form partners who have been selected to be part of the programme will be sent a confirmation email with further information on the programme.

You will have two months from the date of receiving the confirmation email of the incentive to upload a vehicle registration document for the new EV. After this point the offer reservation will expire. The vehicle registration document will need to show the same name or company as on your taxi permit.

If you aren’t able to submit a vehicle registration document within the two month window but you do have proof of acquisition of a vehicle, you can bring this to the GLH using the appointment type vehicle solutions /  voertuigvereisten and have the vehicle manually registered. 

You will receive a confirmation email within two weeks after your registration if you have been accepted to the programme.

The incentive will be distributed through one monthly payment of 1,000 EUR. All you need to do is complete at least 100 trips in the electric vehicle to qualify before December 31st 2020. Trips will be counted from the first day of the calendar month after the vehicle document is accepted until the end of December 2020. The payment will be sent at month end through your regular payment run that will show on your Uber payment statement with the title ‘Green Future Programme’.

If you don’t complete the 100 trip minimum in before December 31st 2020, you will not be eligible for the 1,000 EUR payment. 

– Indien je aan de bovenstaande voorwaarden voldoet en je ten minste 100 ritten in het elektrische voertuig hebt voltooid voor 31 december 2020, kom je in aanmerking voor het steunbedrag. De ritten worden geteld vanaf de eerste dag van de kalendermaand die volgt nadat het kentekenbewijs is geaccepteerd.
– Als voorbeeld: als je medio oktober een elektrisch voertuig aan je Uber-profiel toevoegt, worden jouw maandelijkse ritten vanaf begin november geteld. Als je voor 31 december 2020, 100 of meer ritten hebt voltooid, ontvang je het steunbedrag van 1.000 EUR.
– Het steunbedrag wordt betaald door middel van een eenmalige betaling van 1.000 EUR aan het einde van de kalendermaand waarin je de 100 ritten hebt voltooid. 
– Indien de 100 ritten op tijd worden voltooid, wordt de betaling aan het einde van de maand verstuurd via je reguliere betalingstermijn die op je Uber-betalingsoverzicht wordt vermeld met de titel ‘Green Future Programme’.

Je moet minimaal 100 ritten maken via de Uber-app voor 31 december 2020. Als je geen 100 ritten voor deze datum hebt voltooid, ontvang je geen betaling. De ritten moeten allemaal worden gemaakt met het elektrische voertuig.
