Your 2015 Uber Story
Written byAs we prepare to bid adieu to 2015, we wanted to take a moment and do something we rarely have time for – looking back.
It was a busy year. We connected Kansas City with everything from BBQ and Ice Cream to Kittens at the press of a button. We collected over 8,000 books for donation to Turn the Page and celebrated our one-year anniversary in the city of fountains. And we opened our permanent local office in the Crossroads, allowing us to further expand our local team.
We moved ever closer to our mission of transportation as reliable as running water, for everyone, everywhere. And we continued our pursuit of celebrating cities by improving them, connecting hundreds of thousands of trips throughout every corner of KC.
None of this would have been possible without you.
So, we asked you – what did Uber in KC mean to you in 2015?
What about Uber in Kansas City do you value the most?
What was your favorite one-day-only Uber surprise this year?
We also invited some of our top riders into the office to chat about what Uber in KC meant to them in 2015.
