Sweepstakes Name: March EATS Bonanza

Sweepstakes Period: Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 8:00 am MST until Sunday, April 02, 2017 at 11:55 pm MST

Winners Announced: The winners of the helicopter ride will be announced on Monday, April 3 by 9:00am MST. Winners for the $200 credits & UberEATS swag kit will be announced  on Thursday, April 6, 2017 by 2:00pm MST

Age/Location Requirements: UberEATS users 18 years or older in Phoenix, AZ.

Method of Entry: Place two valid orders through the UberEATS app during the Sweepstakes Period to enter. You may also enter by applying promo code MADNESSPHX on your UberEATS app. Limit one entry per person. The promo code must be entered by no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: Two (2) individuals will each win a fifteen (15) minute helicopter ride for themselves and one friend (approximate retail value is $248) on Monday, April 3 at 5pm MST. Two (2) individuals will each win (1) UberEATS promotional code towards 10 orders up to $20 each (approximate retail value is $200). Ten (10) individuals will each win (1) UberEATS swag kit (approximate retail value of each kit is $50)

How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Contact: The winners for the helicopter ride will be contacted via phone on Monday morning on April 3. The winners of the UberEATS credits and the swag kit will be contacted via email.

Other Terms:

For the helicopter ride, weight restrictions include a 300 lb seat limit with a total max gross capacity of 1100 lbs. Uber is not a direct air carrier. Guidance Aviation acts as the agent of the airline, with helicopter flights arranged by Guidance Aviation being operated by various FAA/DOT licensed operators. In addition, for flights to any destinations that are charters of the entire aircraft capacity, Guidance Aviation acts as the agent of the customer.
