MEET VENKATA

Venkata, Cincinnati rider, took a few moments to share with us why he rides.

When did you start riding with Uber and how did you hear about us?

I began riding with Uber in June of this year. A lot of my friends told me about it.

What made you start riding with Uber?

I am a kidney failure patient so I mostly use Uber to ride to dialysis. I do not have other means of transportation here, where I live. The closest bus stop for me is about 1.8 miles away so Uber is the best option. When I find a new job, I will be using Uber for that too!

How often do you ride?

At least three days a week.

Why do you use Uber and how is it helpful to you?

All of the drivers I’ve had are great and very friendly. Uber has been super helpful for getting me where I need to go!
