Sweepstakes Name: #UberAllStar Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Period: May 10, 2016 at 9:00 am local time until August 10, 2016 at 9:00 pm local time.

Winners Announced: August 15, 2016

Age/Location Requirements: Uber users 21 years or older in San Francisco, California

Method of Entry: You must enter by completing an Uber ride during the Sweepstakes Period and leaving a comment for your Driver Partner in the Driver Partner rating screen within the Uber App. Such comment must include #UberAllStar. Uber users may also enter by mail without obligation, by hand writing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes on a 4”x6” card and mailing it to: Uber Technologies, Inc., [685 Market street], Attn: Marketing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries, both by riding on Uber and by mail, are allowed.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) individual will win tickets for two (2) people to a San Francisco Giants game on [August 13, 2016]. The approximate retail value of the prize is $250.

How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
