Sweepstakes Period: Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 5:00 pm ET until Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 6:00 pm ET.

Winners Announced: Saturday, December 19, 2015.

Age/Location Requirements: Uber users 18 years or older in Cleveland, Ohio.

Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter by using the special “TRISTAN” vehicle view in the Uber App and then completing an UberX ride.  Uber users may also enter by e-mail without obligation, by sending your name and email address to [email protected] with the name of the sweepstakes in the subject line.  E-mail entries must be time-stamped on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period.  Multiple entries, both by riding on Uber and by e-mail, are allowed.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: Thirteen (13) prizes are available to be won by thirteen (13) randomly chose winners of the Sweepstakes from all eligible entries.  Each Prize consists of approx. $100 in voucher credit on SeatGeek.com for professional basketball games in Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday, December 20, 2015, a meet and greet with Tristan Thompson on Sunday, December 20, 2015, and free round-trip transportation to the game provided by Uber.  The approximate retail value of each prize is $120.

How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
