As Uber turns four in Massachusetts, we’re thankful for the 45,000 driver-partners who keep us moving every day. By offering safe and reliable rides, the driver-partners of Massachusetts have brought us from zero to 28 million trips in just four years.

They’ve helped 1.75 million riders get where they need to go all around the region. Since our launch in October 2011, we’ve expanded beyond Boston to the surrounding neighborhoods including Mission Hill, Roxbury, Dorchester, and Mattapan. Almost three million trips were completed in these traditionally underserved areas.

As a token of our gratitude, we held a day-long party for Massachusetts driver-partners at our Partner Support Center in Boston. Over 250 driver-partners stopped by to partake in the celebration and enjoy a variety of snacks, swag, and gifts.

Together, we’ve journeyed 115 million miles and counting. Here’s to many more miles and years in Massachusetts!
