Sweepstakes Periods: The Sweepstakes shall be active during the times and dates specified below (collectively “Sweepstakes Periods”).
  •      Sweepstakes Period 1: 10:00 am HST, November 4, 2016 – 5:00 pm HST, November 10, 2016
  •      Sweepstakes Period 2: 9:00 am HST, November 11, 2016 – 5:00 pm HST, November 17, 2016
  •      Sweepstakes Period 3: 9:00 am HST, November 18, 2016 – 5:00 pm HST, November 24, 2016
  •      Sweepstakes Period 4: 9:00 am HST, November 25, 2016 – 5:00 pm HST, December 1, 2016
  •      Sweepstakes Period 5: 9:00 am HST, December 2, 2016 – 5:00 pm HST, December 8, 2016

Winners Announced: On or about 5:30 pm HST at the end of each Sweepstakes Period.
Eligibility Requirements: Entrant must be (i) 18 years or older and (ii) a legal resident of the state of Hawaii.
Method of Entry: There are two (2) methods of entry for the Sweepstakes as further specified below:
  •      Option 1: Enter the “WeAreWard16” promo code and complete a subsequent ride requested through the Uber mobile application that either begins or ends at the Ward Village Shops in Honolulu, HI during any of the Sweepstakes Periods; or
  •      Option 2: Enter by Electronic Mail by: sending an email to [email protected] specifying the name of the Sweepstakes in the subject line of the email. Entrants must also include ONLY the following details in the body of the email: Entrant’s email address and name. All email entries must be received by no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
  •      There is a limit of five (5) entries per Entrant per Sweepstakes Period. Entries received during one Sweepstakes Period will not be counted toward entries for any other Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: There are seven (7) Prizes available (One (1) Prize to be awarded to a one (1) unique Winner for each Sweepstakes Period). Each “Prize” consists of one (1) $500 Ward Village gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prizes is $3,500.
How Winner is Selected: One (1) Winner shall be selected at random from all eligible entries received for the preceding Sweepstakes Period. For the sake of clarity, an Entrant may only be declared a Winner for one (1) Sweepstakes Period (i.e., an Entrant cannot be declared a Winner for both Sweepstakes Period 1 and Sweepstakes Period 2).
