If you’ll be heading to the airport or train station, open the app a day before at the time you’re traveling to get an estimate of how long your ETA might be. Be sure to give yourself extra time when traveling to the airport or train station during peak hours of travel.

When leaving from an airport or train station, request at a location where your driver can easily find you.

  • Airports: Before requesting identify your terminal and gate area you’re exiting from to best inform your driver
  • Train Stations: Set your pin in the parking lot close to the platform you’re leaving from. If leaving from a major train station like Grand Central in Manhattan, set your pin on a street corner outside of the station and contact your driver t let them know where you are.
