Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter Online through the Uber App by: (i) entering promotional code “RHGMONSTER” if you wish to enter the sweepstakes to win tickets to Monster’s Block (http://monstersblock.com). THEN, request and complete one (1) ride via the Uber App within the Phoenix metropolitan area; or enter by Electronic Mail by: sending an email to [email protected] specifying the name of the sweepstakes in the subject line of the email. Entrants must also include ONLY the following details in the body of the email: Entrant’s email address and name. There is a limit of one entry, per person. All email entries must be received by no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: Two Prizes are available to be won: (A) Two Prizes shall consist of four VIP tickets to Monster’s Block and one promo code valid for two (2) rides up to $25 off each ride when requested via the Uber App (the rides must be taken on October 31, 2015). ARV of each of the two prizes is $350.
