At Uber, we’re changing the way people think about drinking and driving. Cities that have Uber have seen a 3.6%-5.6% decrease in the number of people killed in cars due to alcohol, according to a 2015 study by Temple University. By providing a reliable ride at the tap of a button — no matter the time or place — Uber is empowering people to make better, safer choices.

This Black History Month, we join South Florida in celebrating the community and the great achievements by African-American leaders throughout Miami-Dade County.
