Take a ride on any one of these options by Thursday, November 5 at 12:00pm, and you’ll automatically receive access to this special promotion in the Uber app.

LIVE THE #LUXLIFE IN PALM SPRINGS

The #LUXLIFE Experience Includes:

  • Roundtrip air transport for two powered by Surf Air.  You’ll fly out of comfortable private airports without waiting in line and board a custom-designed executive aircraft operated by Surf Air, the nation’s first members-only airline.
  • Premium Uber rides to and from both flights.  You’ll be whisked away in an UberLUX for your flight to Palm Springs and be picked up by an UberBLACK upon landing. You’ll also receive premium transportation for your return flight.
  • A two-night stay in a luxury bungalow.  You and your guest will live the #LUXLIFE in an intimate, luxurious L’Horizon Palm Springs bungalow with dramatic desert views.
  • An all-inclusive dinner.  You and your guest will receive $125 in food and beverage credit to Chi Chi, a new-school Latin American eatery at the iconic Avalon Hotel.

Pricing and Dates:

This carefully curated #LUXLIFE weekend getaway costs $1200, or only $600 per person when you split the fare with your guest.

The on-demand experience will be available in the app on Friday, November 6. Participants will depart Los Angeles at 2:30pm on Friday and depart Palm Springs on Sunday, November 8 at 4:00pm.

How to Request:

  1. Open your Uber app between 7:00am and 10:30am on Friday, November 6.
  2. Request the “PLANE” option in your app. This option will only be available in your app if you’ve taken a ride on UberBLACK, UberSUV, or UberLUX in the last 6 months. Availability is limited, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spots are filled prior to 10:30am, the PLANE option will no longer be available in the app.
  3. If your request is fulfilled, you’ll receive a call from an Uber representative who will coordinate your pickup, flight, and hotel details. Please note that pickups will occur at 12:30pm, and you’ll be flying with other #LUXLIFE getaway package participants.*

Demand will be high, and availability is extremely limited. We’ll announce on this post if all spots have been reserved.

*The Fine Print:

  • Requests open at 7:00am on 11/6/15. Riders will only be charged $1200 if they successfully request and confirm with the Uber representative that they’d like to participate in the promotion.
  • The requestor must be ready to provide the first and last name of their guest upon requesting. Requestor’s must also pass a standard background check conducted by Surf Air.
  • Participants will be picked up at 12:30pm, and must be ready to depart for the airport at that time.
  • Each participant’s luggage cannot weigh more than 30 lbs.
  • Upon express written consent by each participant, Uber will share participants’ information with Surf Air, L’Horizon Palm Springs, and Chi Chi for travel and hotel accomodations.
  • Must reside in Los Angeles and be 21 years of age or older in order to participate.
  • Uber is not a direct air carrier. All air services advertised will be conducted by Surf Air.
  • Each participant must expressly consent to Uber sharing their information with Surf Air prior to Surf Air conducting a background check. Surf Air will conduct all background checks on participants in its sole discretion.
