Sweepstakes Name: Uber INTRUST Arena Ride to Win Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Period: 4:00 pm, May 3, 2016 to 3:59 pm, May 10, 2016

Winners Announced: 4:30 pm, May 10, 2016

Age Requirements: 18 years or older

Method of Entry: Enter the “INTRUSTDMB” promo code and complete a ride through the Uber application to generate one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes or enter by Electronic Mail by: sending an email to [email protected] specifying the name of the sweepstakes in the subject line of the email. Entrants must also include ONLY the following details in the body of the email: Entrant’s email address and name. All email entries must be received by no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Entrant.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: There are two (2) identical Prizes available. Each Prize consists of two (2) general admission tickets to the Dave Matthews Band concert at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, KS on May 11, 2016. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $100.

How Winner is Selected: The Winners will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
