We’re calling it Ford Fry-Days (for obvious reasons) and here’s how it’s going down:
- Every Friday this month, we’ll feature a dish from a different Ford Fry concept.
- We’re kicking things off with Ford’s first restaurant endeavor, JCT Kitchen & Bar.
- Just sign in to the Uber app between 11am and 2pm on Friday, February 5th, and you’ll be able to request JCT’s classic Chicken & Dumplings.

JCT. KITCHEN & BAR – Friday, February 5th
Chicken and Dumplings – An all time classic from Ford Fry‘s seminal restaurant, JCT’s Chicken and Dumplings is cooked in the style of duck confit, cured overnight in a spice mixture, slow-poached in duck fat, and then crisped in a pan before serving. Served with ricotta cheese dumplings, sourced from local buttermilk.
SUPERICA – Friday, February 12th
Hot Tamales and Tortilla Soup – Chef Ford Fry and Chef Kevin Maxey’s “Mex-Tex” Superica menu plays to their own Texan roots. Chef Kevin’s tamales are filled with ancho chile pork, escabeche and house-made mole sauce that packs a punch, and served alongside a soul-satisfying bowl of classic tortilla soup.
KING + DUKE – Friday, February 19th
Chef EJ’s Classic Italian Hoagie – An off-menu, Uber-only treat, Chef EJ Hodgkinson’s Classic Italian Hoagie, comes fully loaded. Served on a 12″ Italian roll stuffed with meats like salty prosciutto and dry soppressata salami and topped with artisan lettuce, smokey aioli, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and sharp provolone, this is one dish you do not want to miss.
MARCEL – Friday, February 26th
Marcel’s Stack – Executive chef Chef Brian Horn‘s signature sandwich is without question one of the best dishes we’ve ever tested (read: devoured). Served with crispy potato wedges, this fried bologna “stack” comes smothered with melted American cheese. We promise; take just one bite and you’re mind will be blown!
no. 246 – February 9th & February 23rd (Tuesdays)
no. 246 “Lasagna Tuesdays” Sampler – To celebrate the recent launch of “Lasagna Tuesdays” at no. 246, we’re offering a special sneak peek at Chef Drew Belline’s classic lasagna made with fresh pasta, house-made ricotta, veal ragu, San Marzano tomatoes and basil, and served alongside garlic bread.
