Last week’s top destination is home to more than 20 restaurants and two hotels. In its seven years of existence, Citycentre has become a unique location where Houstonians can eat, shop, work, and play. Catherine Sdao, Marketing Coordinator for Citycentre, met with us to share how the mixed-use site has become an integral part of the community.

“We’ve heard stories from our patrons saying they had their first date here, then getting proposed to, and now taking their children to our events,” Sdao tells us. “Everything we do is coordinated with the community in mind to build lasting memories.”

The convenience of Citycentre’s varied stores makes it a one-stop location. With a diverse mix of retailers and restaurants, guests of Citycentre can catch a movie, shop, and wind down with a cocktail—all in one spot.

“Uber is a great way to get to and from Citycentre because you can skip the parking garage and be dropped off right in front of your destination,” Sdao says. “We’ve also got a designated pickup and drop-off location to make finding your ride easy.”

Citycentre hosts more than 200 events every year. Every Friday and Saturday evening, live music takes place on the plaza. On September 22, Spiked by the Scoop will bring top culinary and cocktail teams together to compete with adult shakes, sundaes, and sandwiches to benefit Homemade Hope.

Avoid the hassle of parking at Citycentre and just hop in an Uber. Sign up with the promo code CITYCENTREHOU to get $20 off your first ride!
