Honoring the UberMILITARY Driver-Partners of Boston
Written byHundreds of military service members, veterans, and military spouses are partnering with Uber to help move the Commonwealth. Recently, we celebrated everything Boston’s UberMILITARY driver-partners are doing to keep our communities safe with a special dinner and opportunity to meet fellow driver-partners and hear from two special guests: Massachusetts Secretary of Veterans Affairs Francisco Urena and State Senator Mike Rush, Chair of the Joint Committee on Veteran and Federal Affairs.
Secretary Urena thanked the room full of UberMILITARY driver-partners and their families for their dedication to their country and their continued efforts to keep Massachusetts safe and moving forward.
Supporting veterans and and military families is an important priority for the Uber team, and we are honored to partner with hundreds of service members, veterans, and military spouses in Massachusetts. We are also grateful for the opportunity to celebrate their service with two tremendous Massachusetts leaders in Secretary Urena and Senator Rush.
Thank you to the brave men and women who have served our country and to the military families who have supported their service. It takes tremendous sacrifice and commitment to be a service member.
