Last Thursday, we partnered with Plymouth Housing Group to help spread holiday cheer.

Plymouth Housing provides permanent, safe, and affordable housing to previously homeless adults. Every year they host a Thanksgiving meal for their tenants, and this year five of our UberEATS chefs volunteered their time to help make Thanksgiving a little bit more savory (and sweet) for Plymouth Housing tenants.

Thanksgiving is my favorite day of the year at Plymouth Housing Group because our tenants, staff, and community members get to enjoy a meal together. I was so glad that UberEATS and local restaurants were willing to partner with us this year to bring us delicious food to share with those in need.” –Meghan Rowley, Community Engagement Coordinator

Chefs from Quinn’s Pub, Soi, Canal Market, A la Mode Pies, and Cask & Trotter provided over 400 pounds of food which helped feed 90 tenants living at Plymouth Housing.

Scott Staples from Quinn’s Pub used his mother’s family recipe for the stuffing, while Cask & Trotter smoked the turkeys until they were perfectly cooked. Every chef donated their time during the holidays to give back to the community, and we’re grateful to call them our UberEATS partners.
