In anticipation of Blink-182’s new album, California, dropping Friday, July 1, the band has teamed up with celebrity chef, Tim Cushman and his wife and restaurateur Nancy Cushman, of newly opened Covina Cafe, to bring you an exclusive California-style lunch menu curated by Mark, Matt, and Travis, delivered exclusively through the UberEATS app.

Tim and Nancy Cushman, the dynamic husband and wife duo behind restaurants O Ya, Covina, and more, share a knack for music. Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Jazz and Classical Guitar from Berklee School of Music and Nancy is a singer. They were the perfect pair to team up with Blink-182, to create these exclusive dishes showcasing their mutual love for music and California-style cooking.

California Chopped Avocado Salad

Chopped seasonal mixed greens, avocado, green and red onion, and tomato. Served with sweet and spicy dressing on the side and buttermilk blue cheese on the side. Vegan.

Wood Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich

Sun dried tomato aioli, aged provolone cheese, marinated roasted red peppers, fresh tomato, and baby lettuces. Served on a roll. Vegetarian.

Spicy Curried Cauliflower Sandwich

Curried cauliflower, fresh mint cilantro chutney, and burnt garlic yogurt sauce. Wrapped in Indian roti bread. Vegetarian.

How it works:
