Age/Location Requirements: UberEATS users 18 years or older in Phoenix, AZ

Method of Entry: Place two valid orders through the UberEATS app during the Sweepstakes Period to enter. You will receive another entry for every additional order placed during the Sweepstakes Period. You may also enter by filling this form here and entering your email address. Limit one entry per person. All form entries must be received by no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) individual will win one (1) UberEATS promotional code towards 28 free orders up to $15 each. The approximate retail value of prize is $420.

How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
