The local team just racked up their 95th win for the season and is heading into the Division Series ranked 1st in the American League West. In case you can’t make it to the stadium to see the the first two games of the series, or aren’t sure where to catch the away match-ups, we’ve compiled a list of the best game-watching spots in the area. Get your lucky t-shirt out and dust off the ball cap, it’s time to root for the home team!
Happiest Hour

As one of this year’s top destination’s in DFW, Happiest Hour offers everything you need to watch the game and keep the fun going after the final inning. With plenty of craft beer on tap, a first floor patio, delicious game day grub, and a rooftop terrance with a view of downtown Dallas – this place hits it out of the park!
Katy Trail Ice house

This neighborhood favorite is perfect for watching the game while enjoying the fall weather. Everyone is welcome, including your pup! Plus, there’s a TV for everyone wanting to kepp an eye on the score, inside or out on the patio.
Christie’s Sports Bar

Deemed the “Cheers” of Uptown in Dallas, this is certainly a place where everybody knows (or shortly will know) your name. Sure to be filled with fellow baseball fans, this is a great spot to catch the game and sing along to Take Me Out To The Ball Game during the 7th inning stretch.
Stans Blue Note

This come-as-you-are bar on Greenville is a great spot to watch the game. Full of sports fans and cheap brews, their wall of TVs will let you catch every bunt, fly ball, and double play without distraction. And a bonus: they’re having Canadian and Texan specials all throughout the first round of playoff games, now that’s good sportsmanship!
Frankie’s

TV screen here, TV screen there, TV screen (literally) everywhere! You won’t miss a run with the dozens of screens around this watering hole in Downtown Fort Worth. You can even ask the wait-staff for a personal speaker box at your table, so you can hear the announcers calling the game, because you know, baseball moves so fast and all.
Reservoir

Baseball and great food. Sounds like a perfect combo! The Reservoir in Fort Worth serves up not only an atmosphere ideal for game watching, but amazing cuisine as well. Watch your boys play ball and enjoy that chicken fried steak you’ve been craving–you won’t be disappointed.
Henry’s Tavern

This Plano sports bar will have you hooked as soon as you walk inside. This friendly, neighborhood spot is home to nearly a zillion types of libations (we counted) and a menu that is sure to please all.
