October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we’re contributing to the cause with a sweet treat! We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Sprinkles Cupcakes to bring you Cupcakes for a Cause.

Beginning at 1pm on Wednesday, October 7, Uber riders in select areas of the Valley will be able to request on-demand sweetness and have a box of (4) Sprinkles Cupcakes delivered at the tap of a button. The only thing we can think of that’s better than cupcakes on demand is cupcakes on demand for a good cause! For every box of cupcakes requested, Uber Phoenix will donate a portion of the proceeds to Fashionably Pink– Don’t be a Chump! Check for a Lump! a local charity benefitting breast cancer.

Here are the sweet deets:

  • Download or open the Uber app for iPhone, Android, or Windows Phone
  • Request the “CUPCAKE” option in the app between 1pm – 4pm on Wednesday, October 7 in Scottsdale, Tempe, Biltmore, Downtown and Chandler (map)

  • If a car is available, a driver will arrive at your location and deliver a box of (4) Sprinkles cupcakes for $20 (you can order multiple orders per request)
  • For every box of UberCUPCAKES requested, we will donate a portion of proceeds back to local charity Fashionably Pink
  • For a deal this sweet, demand will be high, so request early and often.
