Cleaning fees price adjustment

If a partner reports an incident where the rider gets their car dirty to the extent that they can’t continue taking trips, a cleaning fee will be charged to the rider and paid in full to the driver.

The process is as follows: the driver must notify us of the incident via the application, providing photos of it. There are certain procedures that we follow to corroborate that the incident was real.

Lost item fare adjustment

In case a user forgets an item, the driver can deliver it in the address that is most convenient to the user. At the time of the return, a user will be charged to the driver in full, equivalent to the trip made to deliver the item.

The process is as follows: the driver must notify us of the incident via the application, providing photos of it. There are certain procedures that we follow to corroborate that the object was forgotten and delivered to the user.
