24 hours in Downtown Los Angeles
Written byIf you only have 24 hours to indulge in Downtown Los Angeles – here are the things you can’t miss.
The Broad
21 South Grand Avenue
LA’s newest contemporary museum is free, but you gotta sign up about a month in advance to reserve a spot. Don’t bother coming without a ticket because there’s no way to get in unless you’re a member. With more than 2,000 works to showcase from artists like Jeff Koons, Roy Lichtenstein, and Jean-Michel Basquiat, your eyes and senses will be completely overwhelmed and thankful for being there. Always check up on the upcoming special installations, they’re worth paying a bit of money for and you won’t regret the immersive experiences they offer. If you’re hungry afterwards, we recommend getting Vinny’s Fried Chicken sandwich from Seoul Sausage on UberEATS and walking around this area – you’re right next to Walt Disney Concert Hall!
