She passionately leads the mission of empowering women through technology. With 8 years of experience in the organization, starting as Executive Director in Mexico and advancing to COO, she has expanded operations and strengthened internal culture. Additionally, she is a partner in Colectivo Jaguara, a fund to support entrepreneurs in Latin America. Her background includes roles at the Inter-American Development Bank and Conga Earthworks, where she developed social strategies for projects in the mining industry. Gabriela holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Boston College.
