Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the program described below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program begins at 12:01am PT on May 30, 2022, and ends at 11:59 pm PT on August 14, 2022 (“Eligibility Period”).
Carriers will receive $250 per Qualified Referral (defined below). This payment will be made within 30 days of the Qualified Referral’s first completed FTL load.
Once the Qualified Referral completes one the delivery of one FTL load during the Eligibility Period, the Referring Party (defined below) will receive a one-time payment of $250.
In order for the Referring Party to be eligible for referral awards, the email address associated with the Qualified Referral’s Uber Freight account must match the email address provided by the Referring Party.
A “Qualified Referral” is a carrier that, during the Eligibility Period, (i) signs up to be a carrier on the Uber Freight platform, (ii) is a first-time user of the Uber Freight platform, (iii) successfully delivers at least one FTL load on the Uber Freight platform during the Eligibility Period, (iv) has not been previously referred by another company, (v) has a billing address, company name, website, and email domain different from that of the Referring Party, (vi) has a physical address registered with the FMCSA in the same state as the Referring Party, (vii) has a valid DOT/MC number and does not have a conditional or unsatisfactory safety rating, and (viii) is able to meet all other Uber Freight carrier requirements (found here).
A “Referring Party” is a referring carrier company that (i) uses the Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program link provided to carrier via email to refer Qualified Referral(s), (ii) is compliant with the terms of the Uber Freight Broker/Motor Carrier Agreement, and (iii) is an active carrier on the Uber Freight platform and has delivered at least one load with Uber Freight.
A Referring Party will not be eligible to receive a referral award that otherwise would have been payable to it if, as determined by Uber Freight, (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the referral award; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program; (iii) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight; or (iv) its Qualified Referral violates applicable law or any of its agreements with Uber Freight.
This Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program does not apply to LTL loads or carriers outside of the continental United States.There is a limit of ten (10) Qualified Referrals per Referring Party. The referral awards for both the Referring Party and the Qualified Referral are non transferable. Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and will be effective upon posting of updated terms; refer to this website for current information. Continued participation in the Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update. In addition to the Uber Freight Carrier Referral Program Terms and Conditions set forth herein, this referral program is also subject to the Uber Freight Broker/Motor Carrier Agreement as updated from time to time.
