Uber Eatsの配達に係る規制品目
Restricted items for Uber Eats Deliveries

マーチャント（加盟店）は、以下の品目を発送することはできない：
Merchants may not send the following items:

• タバコ、タバコ製品、加熱式タバコ製品または類似の物品
  Tobacco, tobacco products, vaping products or similar items
• アルコール濃度 60% 以上（60% を含む）の物品（アルコール飲料、消毒用アルコールなど
  Items with alcohol concentration above 60% (inclusive), such as alcoholic beverages and disinfectant alcohol items
• ピックアップ地点から他の都道府県に配達されるアルコール飲料（マーチャント（加盟店）が当該配達のための適切な許認可を有していない場合）
  Alcohol beverages that will be delivered to another prefecture from the pickup location where Merchant does not have an appropriate license for such delivery
• 武器または爆発物
  Weapons or explosives
• 違法な物品（所持、譲渡、販売することが違法となる物品）、または明示の許可がない限り規制される物品
  Illegal items (items that are illegal to possess, transfer or sell), or regulated items unless expressly permitted
• 危険な素材／物品（可燃性、有毒、爆発性など）（日本におけるいずれかの法令において｢危険物｣に指定される可燃性の液体、物質、材料を含んだ塗料、接着剤を含む）
  Hazardous materials/goods (e.g. flammable, poisonous, explosive), including paints or adhesives containing a flammable liquid, substances and material identified as ‘dangerous goods’ in any laws or regulations in Japan.

• 人または動物（絶滅危惧種もしくはその一部、規制植物（有害な雑草、植物、種子など）を含む）
  People or animals including Endangered Species or parts thereof; regulated plants (e.g. noxious weeds, plants, prohibited seeds)
• 現金、ギフト券、宝くじ券、硬貨、トラベラーズチェック、小切手、約束手形、株券その他あらゆる種類の有価証券、プラチナ、金もしくは銀（製品か否かを問わない）、宝石、その他の本質的価値の高い品目、または、貴石（すべての高価な鉱石、シリカ、もしくは自然状態か、精製されたか、製造されたか、整えられたか、処理されたかを問わず、それらから抽出された物質）Money; gift cards; lottery tickets; coins; travelers cheques; bank checks, promissory notes, stock certificates and other securities of any kind; platinum, gold or silver, manufactured or otherwise; jewels; other articles of high intrinsic value; or precious stones (all valuable natural mineral stone, silica or substances extracted from the group, whether in its natural state or refined, processed, set or treated)
• 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律における OTC 医薬品（要指導医薬品ではない OTC 医薬品であって、当該商品を販売した薬局または店舗から発送されるものを除く）疑義を避けるために付言すると、かかる商品は貴社の倉庫もしくは他の店舗から発送されてはならない。
  OTC pharmaceuticals under the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, excluding OTC Pharmaceuticals which are not pharmaceuticals requiring guidance and are shipped from the pharmacies or your store which sold such items (for the avoidance of doubt, the items shall not be shipped directly from your warehouses or your other stores, etc.)
• 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律における医療用医薬品Ethical pharmaceuticals under the on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices
• 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律における指定薬物Designated substances under the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products
• マーチャントが販売または配送の許認可を有していない全ての品目
  Any items for which Merchant does not have permission or license to sell and/or send
• 再発行が困難な書類など（受験票、パスポート、車検証、その他チケット類）
  Documents which are difficult to replace (examination admission tickets, passports, vehicle inspection certificates, and other tickets)
• 再生産できない原稿、原図、テープ、フィルム
  Manuscripts, original drawings, tapes and film which cannot be reproduced
• 不潔な物品など、他の荷物に損害を及ぼすおそれのある品目を含む荷物
  Parcels containing items, such as unsanitary items, which pose the risk of damaging other parcels

配達パートナーは、荷物が重すぎて安全に運べないと感じた場合、Uber Eats の配送依頼をキャンセルすることができる。荷物の最大サイズに関する指針は次のとおりである。
Delivery Partners may cancel an Uber Eats delivery request if they feel an item is too heavy to be delivered safely. The following guidelines detail the maximum sizes for items:

• 軽自動車、バイク、原付バイク、自転車、徒歩のいずれの場合であっても、荷物が重すぎて安全に運べないと感じた場合は、マーチャントパートナーまたはサポートへ連絡し、配達パートナーの増員手配を依頼でき、また、その配送依頼をキャンセルすることもできる。
  Whether delivering by light vehicle, motorcycle, moped, bicycle, or on foot, Delivery Partners may contact Merchant or Support to request extra assistance or cancel a delivery request if they feel an item is too heavy to be delivered safely.
• 軽自動車およびバイクは、自動車検査証、保安基準適合標章または軽自動車届出済証に記載された最大積載重量を超える重量の荷物を配達することはできない。
  For light vehicles and motorcycles, it is prohibited to deliver items that exceed the maximum load capacity specified in the vehicle inspection certificate, safety standard compliance mark, or light vehicle notification certificate.
• 原動機付自転車については法令により、自転車については道路交通法に基づく各都道府県の公安委員会規則により、それぞれ積載重量の上限が定められており、当該上限を超える荷物を配達することはできません。
  Maximum load capacities are stipulated by law for Mopeds, and by the Public Safety Commission regulations of each prefecture under the Road Traffic Act for bicycles. Therefore, it is prohibited to deliver goods that exceed these respective limits=
• バイク、原付バイクおよび自転車について、配達する荷物は、荷台の前後から 30cm、左右から 15cm を超えてはみ出てはならない。
  For motorcycles, mopeds, and bicycles, items being delivered must not protrude more than 30cm from the front or rear of the loading rack, nor more than 15cm from either side.

Restricted items for ｢Uber Direct｣ Deliveries
「Direct」の配達に係る規制品目

マーチャント（加盟店）は、以下の品目を発送することはできない：
Merchants may not send the following items:

• アルコール濃度 60% 以上（60%を含む）の物品（アルコール飲料、消毒用アルコールなど）
  Items with alcohol concentration above 60% (inclusive), such as alcoholic beverages and disinfectant alcohol items
• ピックアップ地点から他の都道府県に配達されるアルコール飲料（マーチャント（加盟店）が当該配達のための適切な許認可を有していない場合）
  Alcohol beverages that will be delivered to another prefecture from the pickup location where Merchant does not have an appropriate license for such delivery
• 武器または爆発物
  Weapons or explosives
• 違法な物品（所持、譲渡、販売、運送することが違法となる物品）、明示の許可がない限り規制される物品、偽ブランド品（正規品と確証のないものを含む）、第三者の知的財産権を侵害する物品、盗品その他不正な経路で入手した物品、犯罪または違法行為に使用される可能性のある物品、児童ポルノおよびそれに類する物品その他のアダルト関連の物品
  Illegal items (items that are illegal to possess, transfer, sell, transport), regulated items unless expressly permitted, counterfeit goods (including those of uncertain authenticity), items infringing on third-party intellectual property rights, stolen goods, and other items acquired through illicit means, items which may be used for criminal or illegal activities, items considered child pornography or similar, and other adult-related items
• 危険な素材／物品（可燃性、有毒、爆発性など）（日本におけるいずれかの法令において｢危険物｣に指定される可燃性の液体、物質、材料を含んだ塗料、接着剤を含む）
  Hazardous materials/goods (e.g. flammable, poisonous, explosive), including paints or adhesives containing a flammable liquid, substances and material identified as ‘dangerous goods’ in any laws or regulations in Japan.

• 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律における OTC 医薬品（要指導医薬品ではない OTC 医薬品であって、当該商品を販売した薬局または店舗から発送されるものを除く）疑義を避けるために付言すると、かかる商品は貴社の倉庫もしくは他の店舗から発送されてはならない。ただし、貴社の薬局または店舗間での配送を除く。
  OTC pharmaceuticals under the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, excluding OTC Pharmaceuticals which are not pharmaceuticals requiring guidance and are shipped from the pharmacies or your store which sold such items (for the avoidance of doubt, the items shall not be shipped directly from your warehouses or your other stores, etc.), excluding delivery between your pharmacies or stores.
• 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律における医療用医薬品（マーチャント（加盟店）が服薬指導を行った処方箋医薬品である医療用医薬品を除く。また、貴社の薬局または店舗間での配送を除く）
  Ethical pharmaceuticals under the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, excluding Ethical pharmaceuticals which are prescription pharmaceuticals where Merchant has provided the Customer with drug usage instructions, and also excluding delivery between your pharmacies or stores
• 医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律における指定薬物Designated substances under the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products
• 以下の処方箋薬（ただし、劇薬及び向精神薬を除く）
  Following prescription pharmaceuticals (excluding deleterious drugs and psychotropic drugs)
  

A.品質の保持（温度管理を含む）に特別の注意を要する薬剤
Pharmaceuticals that require special attention to maintain quality (including temperature control)

B.早急に授与する必要のある薬剤
Pharmaceuticals that need to be administered urgently

C.麻薬及び覚醒剤原料
Narcotics and precursor drugs for stimulants

D.放射性医薬品、毒薬等、その他の流通上厳格な管理を要する薬剤
Radiopharmaceuticals, poisonous substances, and other pharmaceuticals that require strict control in distribution

E.一つの配送注文で患者への請求金額が20万円を超える薬剤
Pharmaceuticals that exceed 200,000 yen in billing amount to the patient in a single delivery order

• 販売または配送に許認可を要する物品のうち、マーチャント又は荷送人が販売または配送の許認可を有していない全ての品目
  Items requiring permits or license for sale or distribution, for which Merchant or sender does not have permission or license to sell and/or send
• 信書その他再発行が困難な書類など（受験票、パスポート、車検証、その他チケット類）Letters and any other documents which are difficult to replace (examination admission tickets, passports, vehicle inspection certificates, and other tickets)
• 合計 30 万円（税込）を超える物品を含む荷物
  Parcels containing items totaling more than 300,000 JPY (tax included)
• 再生産できない原稿、原図、テープ、フィルム
  Manuscripts, original drawings, tapes and film which cannot be reproduced
• 安全面、衛生面に問題のある物品および他の荷物に損害を及ぼすおそれのある品目を含む荷物Items with safety or hygiene issues, and any other items such as unsanitary items, which pose the risk of damaging other parcels

配達パートナーは、荷物が重すぎて安全に運べないと感じた場合、「Uber ダイレクト」 の配送依頼をキャンセルすることができる。荷物の最大サイズに関する指針は次のとおりである。
Delivery Partners may cancel an “Uber Direct” delivery request if they feel an item is too heavy to be delivered safely. The following guidelines detail the maximum sizes for items:

• 軽自動車、バイク、原付バイク、自転車、徒歩のいずれの場合であっても、荷物が重すぎて安全に運べないと感じた場合は、マーチャントパートナーまたはサポートへ連絡し、配達パートナーの増員手配を依頼でき、また、その配送依頼をキャンセルすることができる。
