Uber Freight Instant Cashouts Terms and Conditions

Uber Freight Instant Cashouts provides motor carriers (“Carriers”) contracted with Uber Freight LLC or its broker affiliates (“Uber Freight”) with the ability to choose to receive compensation for completed Selected Shipments (defined below) instantly in exchange for agreeing to a discount to the contractually agreed compensation amount (the “Instant Cashout Program”).

By choosing to participate in the Instant Cashout Program, Carrier agrees to the following Instant Cashout Program terms and conditions:

1. Election to Participate in Instant Cashouts. Carrier may indicate in the Uber Freight carrier app, web portal or similar electronic platform where such election is available (the “UF Platform”) if it wishes to select certain completed shipments (the “Selected Shipments”) to participate in the Instant Cashout Program.
2. Discounted Amounts. With respect to Selected Shipments, Uber Freight agrees to pay to Carrier the carrier rate amount confirmed by Uber Freight, less a discount (the “Discounted Amount”) as indicated in the UF Platform. The discount amount is subject to change in Uber Freight’s discretion, and will be displayed in the UF Platform when the Carrier selects the Selected Shipments that will participate in the Instant Cashout Program.
3. Instant Cashouts. Uber Freight will release payment of the Discounted Amount to Carrier immediately following Carrier’s confirmation of the Selected Loads it desires to participate in the Instant Cashout Program. Payment will be issued to the Carrier into the debit card or bank account indicated by the Carrier in the UF Platform.
