After a Qualified Customer tenders and has fifteen (15) full truckload (“FTL”) shipments picked up using the Uber Freight shipper platform during the month displayed on the shipper platform, Qualified Customer will receive a USD$25 load credit to the cost of each subsequent FTL shipment that Qualified Customer tenders using the shipper platform by the Expiration Date (the “Volume Discount”). The Volume Discount will be applied on the applicable invoice for each of the FTL shipments after the first 15 FTL shipments are picked up.
A Qualified Customer will not be eligible for the Volume Discount if, as determined by Uber Freight: (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the Volume Discount; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in this program; or (iii) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight.
A “Qualified Customer” is one that (i) is a user of the Uber Freight shipper platform and (ii) successfully tenders and has at least fifteen (15) FTL shipments picked up on the Uber Freight shipper platform by the Expiration Date.
This Volume Discount does not apply to LTL or Ratelock loads. The Volume Discount is non transferable. Continued participation in the program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update. In addition to the terms set forth herein, this program is also subject to the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.
