Cancellation and Refund Policy
You shall not be able to modify or make any alterations or cancellations with respect to the tickets booked on Delhi Metro through the Platform.
In case your money has been deducted and the ticket has not been booked due to a payment failure on account of a technical glitch, the refund will be initiated automatically and the customer will receive the money within 7-10 business days.
For any other inquiries or concerns regarding refunds, customers are requested to contact Uber’s customer support team.
