Teen Account Terms of Use (Parent or Guardian)

Uber Teens帳戶使用條款 (父母或監護人)

These terms apply to the use of the Services by your child or ward aged between 13 and 17 (referred to below as your “Teen”), or by you in connection with your Teen. Terminology in these Teen Account Terms of Use that is not otherwise defined has the meanings in the General Terms of Use.

本條款適用於 您13 歲至 17 歲的子女或受監護人 (下稱「青少年」)對於本服務的使用，或您與青少年之相關使用。本Uber Teens帳戶使用條款中未另定義之用語，概以一般使用條款定義之。

By creating an Uber account for your Teen (“Teen Account”), you attest that you have legal authority to act on your Teen’s behalf, and have conferred with any other parent or legal guardian of the Teen, if and where required. You attest that your Teen is between the ages of 13 and 17. You acknowledge and understand neither Uber nor the applicable Third Party Provider has the duty or obligation to confer with, or seek consent from, any other parent/guardian. You represent you have obtained the consent of your Teen to share their personal information with Uber and the applicable Third Party Provider, if and where required. You have or will review the Teen Account Terms of Use with your Teen, and on behalf of your Teen, you agree to those Terms. Additionally, you have or will review with your Teen any agreements between your Teen and Third Party Providers, and on behalf of your Teen, you agree to those agreements.

You agree that Uber and the applicable Third Party Provider may contact your Teen. You also understand that should you wish for your Teen to no longer have access to their Teen Account, you are responsible for revoking their access by removing them from your Uber Family profile.

您同意 Uber 和所適用的第三方供應商得聯繫您的青少年。您亦瞭解，如果您希望您的青少年不再具有Uber Teens帳戶的存取權限，您有責任將其從您的 Uber 家庭成員共享帳號中移除，以撤銷其存取權限。

Important: Please be advised that the General Terms of Use applies to this agreement and contains provisions that govern how claims between you and your Teen, and Uber, can be brought. By entering into this agreement, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand all of the terms of the General Terms of Use and have taken time to consider the consequences of this important decision for you and your Teen.

You consent to Uber and/or the applicable Third Party Provider communicating directly with your Teen, including but not limited to in situations where they or others (e.g., a driver) may report an issue or incident. This communication may occur through the Uber App, over the phone, by email, or otherwise. Uber may, at its discretion, make a good faith effort to notify you and secure your presence before speaking with your Teen. However, your involvement is not a prerequisite to any communication with your Teen. You further understand and agree that there is no expectation of privacy as between you and your Teen with regard to information either of you provide to Uber and/or the applicable Third Party Provider.

You agree that only you, your Teen, and adult and minor guests on trips (13-17 years old with parental/guardian consent) may access the Services using the Teen Account. Minor guests may not ride using the Teen Account without parental/guardian consent and without your Teen also on the trip, and may not otherwise use the Teen Account to access Services. You and your Teen are fully responsible for ensuring that the Teen Account is only used for authorized purposes.

您同意只有您本人、您的青少年以及行程中的成人和未成年乘客 (13歲 至 17 歲且須經父母/監護人同意) 可使用Uber Teens帳戶存取服務。在未經父母/監護人同意且您的青少年未參與行程中的情況下，未成年乘客不得使用您的青少年的帳戶乘車，也不得以其他方式使用Uber Teens帳戶存取本服務。您和您的青少年有完全的責任確保Uber Teens帳戶僅使用於本授權目的。

Your local jurisdiction may have laws and regulations governing when, where, or how your Teen may use the Uber App and Services. You understand you and your Teen are responsible for knowing and obeying all laws or regulations that could impact your Teen’s use of their account and the Uber App. Your local jurisdiction may also have laws and regulations governing how Uber and/or Third Party Providers must respond in the event of an incident involving your Teen or their authorized guests, and you understand that Uber and/or Third Party Providers may be required to take certain actions, including mandatory reporting to designated authorities.

您所在地區的司法管轄權可能有法律及法規，規範您的青少年使用 Uber App 和服務的時間、地點和方式。您瞭解您和您的青少年有責任知悉並遵守所有可能影響您的青少年使用帳戶和 Uber App 的法律或法規。您所在地區的司法管轄權可能也有法律及法規，規定在發生涉及您的青少年或其授權乘客的事件時，Uber 和/或第三方供應商必須如何應對，且您瞭解 Uber 和/或第三方供應商可能需要採取特定行動，包括強制向指定機構報告。

You also expressly acknowledge that your Teen, others taking trips using your Teen’s Account, and any third party riders may be recorded by drivers (using their phone, dashcams, Uber App, or other recording methods) on your Teen’s trips.

您亦明確同意您的青少年、使用您的青少年的 Uber Teens帳戶出行的其他人以及任何第三方乘客，在您的青少年的行程上可能會被司機夥伴記錄 (使用其手機、行車記錄器、Uber App 或其他錄製方式) 。

You agree that you are financially responsible for your Teen’s use of their Teen Account as well as use of the Teen Account by any other person. To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, you also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uber and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with: (i) your Teen’s use of the Services or conduct by your Teen and those taking trips through the use of the Teen Account; (ii) your Teen’s breach or violation of these terms, the General Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines; (iii) Uber and/or its affiliates’ use of User Content from your Teens; or (iv) your Teen’s violation of the rights of any third party, including Third Party Providers.

您同意對於您的青少年使用Uber Teens帳戶，以及任何其他人使用Uber Teens帳戶承擔財務責任。於適用的法律允許之範圍內，您亦同意補償 Uber 及其關聯企業、主管、董事、員工和代理人並使其免於因下列事項所生或有關之任何及全部索賠、要求、損失、責任和費用：(i) 您的青少年使用本服務或您的青少年和透過其Uber Teens帳戶乘車行程之人的行為；(ii) 您的青少年不履行或違反本條款、一般使用條款和社群指引；(iii) Uber 和/或其關聯企業使用您青少年的使用者內容；(iv) 您的青少年侵害任何第三方 (包括第三方供應商) 的權利。

You acknowledge the Privacy Notice, and agree that it governs our use of both your data and that of your Teen. You also acknowledge the Community Guidelines, and understand that both your account and the Teen Account may be impacted if you or your Teen fails to adhere to those Guidelines or these Teen Account Terms of Use. You further understand that the General Terms of Use apply to your Teen’s use of the Uber Services and their Teen Account.

您確認隱私權聲明，並同意適用於我們對您和您青少年資料的使用。您亦確認社群指引，並瞭解如果您或您的青少年未能遵守這些指引或Uber Teens帳戶使用條款，您的帳戶和Uber Teens帳戶可能均會受到影響。您進一步瞭解，一般使用條款適用於您的青少年對於 Uber 服務及其Uber Teens帳戶之使用。
