Uber Freight Shipping Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the program described below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Uber Freight Shipping Referral Program begins at 12:01am PT on September 1, 2020, and ends at 11:59 pm PT on December 31, 2026 (“Eligibility Period”).

Qualified Referral(s) (defined below) will receive a $500 Visa® Reward via email after at least one load is tendered to the Uber Freight Shipping platform and delivered and paid for. The Visa® Reward will be emailed to the email address associated with the Qualified Referral’s Uber Freight account.

Once the Qualified Referral completes one tendered and delivered load during the Eligibility Period, the Referring Party (defined below) will receive a $500 Visa® Reward via email; the Visa® Reward will be emailed to the email address associated with the Referring Party’s Uber Freight shipping platform account. The Visa® Reward that the Referring Party receives will be sent on the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on when the Qualified Referral’s first load is delivered.

In order for the Referring Party to be eligible for referral awards, the email address associated with the Qualified Referral’s Uber Freight account must match the email address provided by the Referring Party.

A “Qualified Referral” is a shipper that (i) signs up for the Uber Freight Shipping platform, (ii) is a first-time user of the Uber Freight Shipping platform, (iii) successfully tenders and has at least one FTL load delivered on the Uber Freight Shipping platform during the Eligibility Period, (iv) has not been previously referred by another company, and (v) has a billing address different from that of the Referring Party.

A “Referring Party” is a referring shipper company that (i) uses the Uber Freight Shipping Platform Referral Program form on this page to refer Qualified Referral(s), and (ii) has already tendered at least one FTL delivered and paid load with Uber Freight.

A Referring Party will not be eligible to receive a referral award that otherwise would have been payable to it if, as determined by Uber Freight, (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the referral award; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber Freight Shipping Platform Referral Program; (iii) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight; or (iv) its Qualified Referral violates applicable law or any of its agreements with Uber Freight.

There is a limit of thirty (30) Qualified Referrals per Referring Party. The Visa® Reward is intended for the Referring Party only. Uber Freight Shipping Platform Referral Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and will be effective upon posting of updated terms; refer to this website for current information. Continued participation in the Uber Freight Shipping Platform Referral Program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update. In addition to the Uber Freight Shipping Platform Referral Program Terms and Conditions set forth herein, this referral program is also subject to Uber’s Terms of Use as updated from time to time.
