Uber Freight Shipper Platform Referral Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the program described below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Uber Freight Shipper Platform Referral Program begins at 12:01am PT on April 1, 2021, and ends at 11:59 pm PT on September 31, 2021 (“Eligibility Period”).
Qualified Referral(s) (defined below) will receive $500 in Uber Freight load credit to use during the Eligibility Period. This load credit will be applied automatically to the Qualified Referral’s first load. If the Qualified Referral’s first load is under $500, the remaining load credit will be applied to the Qualified Referral’s next load.
Once the Qualified Referral completes one tendered and delivered load during the Eligibility Period, the Referring Party (defined below) will receive $500 in Uber Freight load credit that can be used on subsequent loads on Uber Freight until September 31, 2022.
In order for the Referring Party to be eligible for referral awards, the email address associated with the Qualified Referral’s Uber Freight account must match the email address provided by the Referring Party.
A “Qualified Referral” is a shipper that (i) signs up for the Uber Freight shipper platform, (ii) is a first-time user of the Uber Freight shipper platform, (iii) successfully tenders and has at least one load delivered on the Uber Freight shipper platform during the Eligibility Period, (iv) has not been previously referred by another company, (v) has a billing address, company name, website, and email domain different from that of the Referring Party, and (vi) has a valid DUNS number, valid company website, and valid company email domain.
A “Referring Party” is a referring shipper company that (i) uses the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Referral Program form within their Uber Freight account to refer Qualified Referral(s), and (ii) has already tendered at least one delivered and paid load with Uber Freight.
A Referring Party will not be eligible to receive a referral award that otherwise would have been payable to it if, as determined by Uber Freight, (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the referral award; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Referral Program; (iii) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight; or (iv) its Qualified Referral violates applicable law or any of its agreements with Uber Freight.
