青少年帳戶使用條款 (青少年)

By accepting the invite from your parent/guardian to create an Uber account (“Teen Account”), you attest that you are between the ages of 13 and 17 under the care of such parent/guardian (“Teen”). You acknowledge and understand that your parent/guardian has also agreed to these Teen Account Terms of Use, governing your use of the services as set out in the respective General Terms of Use (“Services”). You acknowledge and agree that if you have an existing account with an Uber One membership, such membership will be automatically terminated upon the creation of your Teen Account. You agree that Uber and/or Third Party Transportation Providers may contact your parent/guardian regarding your use of the Services and/or regarding issues and incidents reported by you, your parent/guardian, Third Party Transportation Providers, drivers, Merchants, Delivery Partners, or others. You acknowledge that Uber, Merchants, Delivery Partners, and/or Third Party Transportation Providers may contact you without your parent/guardian being present. You further understand and agree that there is no expectation of privacy as between you and your parent/guardian with regard to information that either of you provide to Uber and/or Third Party Transportation Providers.

於接受父母/監護人的邀請以建立 Uber 帳戶 (下稱「青少年帳戶」)後，即表示您表明您的年齡介於 13 歲至 17歲之間，且您是由邀請您的父母/監護人照護(下稱「青少年」)。 您確認並瞭解您的父母/監護人亦同意本青少年帳戶使用條款，以規範您對於各使用者條款與條件所規範之服務（下稱「本服務」）的使用。您知悉並同意，如果您已有一個具 Uber One 會員之帳戶，則在建立您的青少年帳戶時，您的 Uber One 會員將自動終止。您同意 Uber 和/或第三方運輸提供商得就您於本服務的使用和/或您、您的父母/監護人、第三方運輸提供商、職業駕駛、商家合作夥伴、外送合作夥伴或其他人報告的問題和事件，聯繫您的父母/監護人。您確認 Uber、商家合作夥伴、外送合作夥伴和/或第三方運輸提供商可能會在您的父母/監護人不在場的情況下與您聯繫。您進一步瞭解並同意，就您提供給 Uber 和/或第三方運輸提供商的資訊，您與您的父母/監護人之間無隱私權的期望。

You agree that only you, your parent/guardian, and adult and minor guests on trips (13-17 years old with parental/guardian consent), as applicable, may access the Services using your Teen Account. Minor guests may not ride using the Teen Account without parental/guardian consent and without you also on the trip, and may not otherwise use the Teen Account to access Services. You and your parent/guardian are fully responsible for ensuring that the Teen Account is only used for authorized purposes.

您同意只有您本人、您的父母/監護人以及行程中的成人和未成年乘客 (13 歲至 17 歲且需經父母/監護人同意) （如適用）可以透過您的青少年帳戶使用服務。在未經父母/監護人同意且您未參與行程的情況下，未成年乘客不得使用您的青少年帳戶乘車，也不得以其他方式透過您的青少年帳戶使用服務。您和您的父母/監護人有完全的責任確保您的青少年帳戶僅使用於本授權目的。

Your local jurisdiction may have laws and regulations governing when, where, or how you may use the Uber App, the Uber Eats App and Services. You understand you and your parent/guardian are responsible for knowing and obeying all laws or regulations that could impact your use of your Teen Account, the Uber App, and the Uber Eats App. Your local jurisdiction may also have laws and regulations governing how Uber and/or Third Party Transportation Providers must respond in the event of an incident involving you or your authorized guests, and you understand that Uber and/or Third Party Transportation Providers may be required to take certain actions, including mandatory reporting to designated authorities.

您所在地區的司法管轄權可能有法律及法規，規範您使用 Uber App、Uber Eats App 和服務的時間、地點和方式。您瞭解您和您的父母/監護人有責任知悉並遵守所有可能影響您使用青少年帳戶、 Uber App 和 Uber Eats App 的法律或法規。您所在地區的司法管轄權可能也有法律及法規，規定在發生涉及您或您的授權乘客的事件時，Uber 和/或第三方運輸提供商必須如何應對，且您瞭解 Uber 和/或第三方運輸提供商可能需要採取特定行動，包括強制向指定機構報告。

Where allowed by local law and enabled in the Uber App, Uber may facilitate the use of audio and/or video recording on trips. By using the Teen Account and allowing the Uber App to access your mobile device’s microphone, you agree to allow in-app audio recording on your trips. Should you not wish to provide that consent, you may disable the in-app feature.

在當地法律允許且 Uber App 啟用的情況下，Uber 可能會在行程中促成使用錄音和/或錄影的功能。透過使用青少年帳戶並同意 Uber App 存取您行動裝置的麥克風，即表示您同意在行程中進行 App 內錄音。如果您不希望給予同意，您可以停用 App 內功能。

You also agree to recording by drivers if they so choose (using their phone, dashcams, the Uber App, or other recording methods) on your trips.

As authorized by your parent/guardian, you acknowledge the Privacy Notice, and agree that it governs our use of your data. You also acknowledge the Community Guidelines, and understand that both your Teen Account and your parent/guardian’s account may be impacted if you or your parent/guardian fails to adhere to those guidelines. You further understand that the General Terms of Use (“General Terms of Use”) apply to your use of the Services, and both your account and your parent/guardian’s account may be impacted by any failure by you to adhere to those requirements. These Teen Account Terms of Use are supplemental terms to the General Terms of Use. Capitalised terms not defined in these Teen Account Terms have the meaning given to them in the General Terms of Use.

經由您的父母/監護人授權，您確認隱私權聲明，並同意適用於我們對您資料的使用。您亦確認社群指引，並瞭解如果您或您的父母/監護人未能遵守這些指引，您的青少年帳戶和您父母/監護人的帳戶可能均會受到影響。您進一步瞭解，一般使用條款 (「一般使用條款」) 適用於您對於本服務之使用，如果您未能遵守這些規定，您的帳戶和父母/監護人的帳戶可能均會受到影響。本青少年帳戶使用條款為一般使用條款之補充條款。本青少年帳戶條款中未定義之用語，概以一般使用條款定義之。

You expressly acknowledge that your Uber App and Uber Eats App in-app communications may be monitored by Uber to ensure compliance with the Community Guidelines, General Terms of Use, and applicable laws.

您明確知悉，Uber為確保遵守社群指引、一般使用條款及適用法律，可能會監測您於 Uber App 和 Uber Eats App 內的通訊。
