This Addendum is governed by the terms of your existing Uber Eats Master Framework Agreement with Uber Portier Taiwan and/or one or more of its Affiliates (collectively “Uber”) concerning the provision of services by Uber to you to facilitate the marketing, sale and provision of Items via the Uber Eats App (your “Agreement”).
本附錄受您與Uber Portier Taiwan和/或其一個或多個關聯企業（統稱「 Uber」）現有的Uber Eats主框架協議之條款約束，該協議涉及Uber向您提供之服務，以促進您透過Uber Eats應用程式行銷、銷售以及準備之商品（您的「 協議」）。

All undefined, capitalized terms in this Addendum will have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. In case of a direct conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum will control. In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement will remain unchanged.

本附錄中所有未定義的大寫術語應具有協議中規定的含義。如果本附錄與本協議直接衝突，應以本附錄的條款為準。 在所有其他方面，協議的條款將保持不變。

This Pickup Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements the Agreement and sets forth the terms and conditions which will govern your sale and provision of Pick Up Items.

本外帶附錄(「附錄」)補充協議並載明將拘束您外帶商品之銷售與準備之條款與條件。

This Addendum is effective as of the date of your acceptance (the “Effective Date”). By clicking “I accept the Terms and Conditions”, you agree to be bound by the terms in this Addendum.

本附錄將於您承諾之日起生效(「生效日期」)。藉由點擊「我同意條款與條件」，即表示您同意受本附錄條款接受。

1. Activate Pick Up Items.

啟動外帶商品

You agree to make Pick Up Items available at your Participating Locations via the Uber Eats App.

您同意透過Uber Eats應用程式在您的合作據點啟動外帶商品。

2. Pick Up Service Fee.

外帶商品服務費用

You agree that the Service Fee for Pick Up Items in your Agreement shall be amended to the new Service Fee as notified by Uber to you.

您同意將您協議中的外帶商品服務費修改為Uber通知您之新服務費。
