Retail Merchants - Quality Requirements Policy
We are always looking to provide the best possible customer experience and to maintain the reputation of both merchants using Uber Eats and the Uber Eats platform itself. As a result, this policy sets out quality requirements that must be met by non-restaurant retail merchants in order to retain access to the Uber Eats marketplace and to promotion and advertising tools.
This policy only applies to non-restaurant retail merchants. Retail merchants include, but are not limited to, alcohol, convenience, grocery, pharmacy stores, butchers, fishmongers and florists. This policy does not apply to you if you are a restaurant merchant.
The requirements in this policy apply separately to each of your locations on the Uber Eats App. The minimum SKUs in stock requirements are based on your store’s primary retail category, as determined by Uber Eats (acting reasonably). For more information about your store’s categorisation, please contact merchants.anz@uber.com.
Core requirements
If you do not meet any of these core requirements, your account or access to the Uber Tool or any service may be restricted or deactivated with 30 days’ written notice to you for legitimate business reasons in accordance with your Uber Eats Merchant Agreement.
Requirements for access to Promotion Tools and Ads Manager
If you do not meet any of the following requirements, your access to and use of the Uber Promotion Tools and Ads Manager may be affected or restricted in accordance with your Uber Eats Merchant Agreement.
