This offer is made by Uber for a discounted or complimentary subscription (as offered) (“Pass”), for up to one or more consecutive months for eligible users who receive this offer directly from a third-party in partnership with Uber (“Partner”). Available on Pass subscriptions only in the geolocation described in your offer. Enrollment in Pass is required and you must have downloaded or updated to the latest version of the Uber App or Uber Eats App. It may take up to 24 hours for the subscription to be available for use after you enroll in Pass. Once enrolled, you will not be charged for or will receive a discount on your Pass for one or more consecutive months. You may cancel your subscription within the Pass section in the Uber or Uber Eats App up to 48 hours prior to your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges after the complimentary or discounted period. If you do not cancel at the end of the complimentary or discounted period, your selected payment method (or other payment method in your Uber Wallet) will be auto-billed at the then current Pass monthly subscription fee (plus tax or inclusive of tax, where applicable) and will continue to be auto-billed at the then-current regular subscription price each month thereafter. This means that Uber will collect the then-applicable subscription fees (plus tax or inclusive of tax, where applicable) by charging payment methods that Uber has on record for you without notifying you, unless notification is required by applicable law. If you were an existing Pass subscriber prior to receiving the discounted or complimentary subscription, your primary payment method (or other payment method in your Uber Wallet) will again be billed at the end of the discounted or complimentary period at the then current Pass monthly subscription price (plus tax or inclusive of tax, where applicable) and will continue to be auto-billed at that price each month thereafter. Fulfillment of the offer is the sole responsibility of Uber. Offer is subject to change at any time without notice to you. Enrollment in Membership is required and you must have downloaded or updated to the latest version of the Uber App or Uber Eats App. It may take up to 24 hours for the subscription to be available for use after you enroll in Membership. Once enrolled, you will not be charged for or will receive a discount on your Membership for one or more consecutive months.
