The following list includes information on a selection of rewards in the Uber Pro Program, provided by participating partners or Uber. Please note that all rewards under the Uber Pro Program, including but not limited to their availability, their terms and conditions, the qualifications for accessing the rewards, as well as the identities of the participating partners themselves, are subject to change at any time in Uber’s discretion without notice to you, unless Uber reasonably believes a change will have a detrimental impact on you in which case reasonable notice will be provided. The following list is not intended to be an exhaustive or updated list of all the available rewards under the Uber Pro Program. There may be additional rewards not listed here, or subsequent modifications to or cancellation of rewards listed below. You should refer to the latest information in your Uber Driver App, on this website and/or in Uber’s communications to you. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Uber Pro Terms and Conditions.

1) Priority Airport Rematch Feature

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Diamond Program Tier

Once you drop a rider off at the Hong Kong International Airport, you’ll have a higher chance of getting a pickup trip at the Hong Kong International Airport.

2) Trip Duration & Direction Feature

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers who maintain a trip acceptance rate of 90 % or higher (calculated based on your acceptance rate for the last 100 trips)

When you receive a request, you will see more information about your trip, relating to an estimation of how long the trip may be and the direction in which you’re heading. For example: The estimated trip time is 22 minutes, and you’ll be travelling northeast from the pickup location.

3) Recognition in the Rider App Feature 

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Upon dispatch, your rider will see your Uber Pro status in their app, together with additional key info taken from your profile.

4) Extra Destination Feature

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

When a long trip takes you to a slow area, you will have 15 minutes to set a destination that will not count towards your daily limit.

5) Priority Airport Return Trip Feature

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Diamond Program Tier

As you are completing a dropoff at the Hong Kong International Airport, if you don’t get rematched with a return trip immediately, you will automatically be placed at the front of the pick up queue.

6) Discount for AutoMate Car Services

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Discount on AutoMate car services for eligible Uber Pro Driver Partners.

7) Complimentary BowtieGo Membership
