Data Sharing Terms and Conditions (Co-brand card in Mexico)

By selecting “Agree/Continue”, you authorize Uber to share certain information from your Uber account with Klar for the purpose of enabling your onboarding and supporting Klar’s credit assessment processes.

The data that may be shared includes:

1. Basic identification and contact information (first name, last name(s), and email address) to pre-fill your Klar onboarding form; and
2. Information related to your use of Uber, such as account and profile details, trip and order history, device and technical usage data, rating, payment and billing information, risk and chargeback indicators, and subscription or membership status, strictly to the extent necessary for eligibility assessment, underwriting, fraud prevention, and account safety, in accordance with applicable law.

Klar is an independent third party and will process your data in accordance with its own Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to this data sharing, you will not be able to proceed with Klar onboarding through the Uber experience.
