Here in Korea, the month of May is all about showing your appreciation to those around you. Many Koreans will celebrate Parents’ Day and Teachers’ Day by gifting carnations to their parents and mentors. Uber brings to you a modern twist to this classic custom: on-demand carnations. On May 8th, open the Uber app and request the BLOOM package to have a bundle of carnations and artisanal candy hand delivered to your loved ones. Saying thank you just got easier.

On May 8th, Uber will be delivering carnations on-demand!

The BLOOM package includes:

  • Bundle of carnations hand-prepared by flower subscription service Bloom & Bowl (KRW 58,500 value)

How to request BLOOM

  • Download the Uber app and sign up.
  • Open the Uber app on 5/8 between 11am – 5pm and select the BLOOM option.
  • Set the delivery location by placing the pin on the map or typing in the address, then request!

For an even more seamless delivery, please text the recipient’s name and address to the driver. Demand for carnations will be high and it may take multiple tries to find available BLOOMs. We’ll be focusing on serving the Jongro, Gangnam, Yongsan area.
